Optimization of Double-row Production Line Layout in Small Motor Assembly Workshop

摘要：生产车间的布局是降低生产成本的最有效手段，经过对小型电机装配车间工艺流程深入的研究，对生产线布局进行认真的分析、思考后构建布局方案，然后对该车间生产线布局进行数学模型的构建。借助 vs2010 软件，对各功能区的尺寸长度和中心点坐标进行约束条件设置，建立最小物流强度的数学模型，对车间布局进行优化，求解出最优的产线布局设计方案，再和优化前的布局进行物流运量等参数对比，求出最佳物流强度比之前降低 30%。此种优化思想不仅对于小型电机装配车间，对类似的制造业生产车间的
布局优化都可以具有借鉴意义。
Abstract: The layout of the production workshop is the most effective way to reduce production costs. After in-depth research on the process flow of small motor assembly workshops, careful analysis and consideration of the production line layout, a layout plan is constructed, and then a mathematical model is constructed for the production line layout of the workshop. With the help of VS2010 software,constraint conditions are set for the size length and center point coordinates of each functional area, and a mathematical model for minimum logistics intensity is established. The workshop layout is optimized to find the optimal production line layout design scheme. Then, logistics volume and other parameters are compared with the optimized layout, and the optimal logistics intensity is found to be reduced by 30% compared to the previous one. This optimization idea not only has reference significance for small motor assembly workshops, but also for the layout optimization of similar manufacturing production workshops.
