摘要:伴随城镇化率的持续提升,我国城市规模显著增大,城市拥有人口数直线增多,对交通出行表现出了更多需求期待。受到诸多复杂因素影响,城市地区出现各种重大突发事件可能性大幅提升。本文以鄂尔多斯市为研究对象,探讨突发事件发生前后出行特征的变化,构建重大突发事件背景下的城市交通应急能力综合评价体系,并依据评价结果对如何强化交通应急保障与管理进行探索。
Abstract: With the continuous increase of urbanization rate, the scale of cities in China has significantly increased, and the population
of cities has increased sharply, showing more demand and expectations for transportation. Due to various complex factors, the possibility of serious emergencies in urban areas has greatly increased. This paper takes Ordos City as the research object, explores the changes of travel characteristics before and after the occurrence of emergencies, constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for urban traffic emergency response capabilities under the background of serious emergencies, and explores how to strengthen traffic emergency support and management based on the evaluation results.
