摘要：文章主要探讨了制造业链主企业数字化供应链协同管理应用的研究。首先介绍了基于 ERP 的链主企业自身供应链数字化管理的应用架构及目标，然后介绍制造业链主企业上下游各企业数字化供应链协同管理的应用架构及应用效果。最后针对数字化供应链协同管理在实际应用中遇到的问题提出了相应解决思路，以期为制造业链主企业的数字化供应链协同管理提供借鉴和指导。
Abstract: The article mainly explores the research on the application of digital supply chain collaborative management for DominantFirms of MIC. Firstly, the application architecture and objectives of ERP based digital supply chain management for chain owners were introduced. Then, the application architecture and effectiveness of digital supply chain collaborative management for upstream and downstream enterprises of Dominant-Firms of MIC were introduced. Finally, corresponding solutions were proposed to address the problems encountered in the practical application of digital supply chain collaborative management, in order to provide reference and guidance for the digital supply chain collaborative management of Dominant-Firms of MIC.
