Design and Development of Pantograph Carbon Skateboard Monitoring System Based on SSM Framework

摘要:本文基于 SSM 框架设计开发受电弓碳滑板的温度监测系统,系统主要功能包括温度数据的接收存储和显示、产品的质量管理、碳滑板材料的管理、用户管理和异常报警模块,数据接收模块包含温度数据、时序信息、配置参数,温度数据存储于 MySQL 的数据库,平台以曲线图和柱形图形式直观展示下位机采集的温度数据。通过监测受电弓如碳滑板的温度,可评估弓网接触压力是否适中、滑板磨损是否均匀、接触电阻是否过大的问题,根据温度数据可适时调整受电弓工作参数或进行维护干预,确保受电弓在最佳状态下运行,进而提高电力传输效率、减少能源损耗,对保障铁路电力牵引系统的安全高效运行有至关重要的意义。
Abstract: This article is based on the SSM framework to design and develop a temperature monitoring system for pantograph carbon skateboards. The main functions of the system include receiving, storing, and displaying temperature data, product quality management,carbon skateboard material management, user management, and abnormal alarm modules. The data receiving module includes temperature data, timing information, and configuration parameters. The temperature data is stored in a MySQL database, and the platform visually displays the temperature data collected by the lower computer in the form of curve and column charts. By monitoring the temperature of pantographs such as carbon skateboards, it is possible to evaluate whether the contact pressure between the pantograph and the mesh is appropriate, whether the wear of the skateboard is uniform, and whether the contact resistance is too high. Based on temperature data, the working parameters of the pantographs can be adjusted in a timely manner or maintenance interventions can be carried out to ensure that they operate in the optimal state, thereby improving power transmission efficiency and reducing energy loss. This is of great significance for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of railway electric traction systems.
