Design and Implementation of AC Power Supply Car Based on Electrical Testing

摘要:试验电源是电气试验作业正常开展的基础。当前的普遍做法是使用线盘从电源箱取电或者使用发电机发电,经常会发生电源供电不可靠或者无可接入电源的情况。本文通过对试验电源的需求分析,完成试验电源小车的分析计算、器件选型、方案设计、调试成效等方面的内容。电源小车具有使用简单,安全可靠,便于运输的特点,解决了电气试验无电源可用或者供电不可靠等问题,缩短工作时间,提高电网供电可靠性。
Abstract: Test power supply is the basis for the normal operation of electrical test. The current common practice is to use wire reels to take power from the power box or use generators to generate electricity, which often experiences unreliable power supply or no accessible power supply. By analyzing the requirements of the test power supply, this paper completes the analysis and calculation of the test power supply car, component selection, scheme design, debugging effectiveness, and other aspects. The power supply car has the characteristics of simple use, safety and reliability, and easy transportation, which solves the problems of no power supply available or unreliable power supply in electrical tests, shortens working time, and improves the reliability of power grid supply.
