摘要:竖井开挖施工面临着复杂的技术挑战和对安全的较高要求,而传统的施工方法已难以满足日益增长的对施工效率和安全性的需求。本文提出一种新型的竖井开挖方法“深孔逆爆法”,通过一次性钻孔和自下而上的分段爆破,优化了施工流程,减少了设备投入和工序交叉,还显著提高了施工安全性和工作效率。在某水库导流洞工程中,深孔逆爆法表现出良好的适应性和可靠性,通过精确的钻孔质量控制和高效的爆破流程设计,确保了竖井的开挖质量,在技术经济指标方面也优于传统方法,为竖井开挖工程提供了一种高效、安全和经济的新施工方法。
Abstract: Vertical shaft excavation construction faces complex technical challenges and high safety requirements, and traditional construction methods are no longer able to meet the growing demand for construction efficiency and safety. This article proposes a new vertical shaft excavation method called "deep hole reverse blasting method". Through one-time drilling and bottom-up segmented blasting,the construction process is optimized, equipment investment and process overlap are reduced, and construction safety and work efficiency are significantly improved. In the diversion tunnel project of a certain reservoir, the deep hole reverse blasting method has shown good adaptability and reliability. Through precise drilling quality control and efficient blasting process design, the excavation quality of the vertical shaft is ensured. It is also superior to traditional methods in terms of technical and economic indicators, providing an efficient, safe,and economical new construction method for the vertical shaft excavation project.
