摘要：近年来，以数字化转型驱动传统公路工程项目管理变革已是大势所趋，随着 BIM、GIS 等新一代信息技术的迅猛发展，为高速公路建设项目管理数字化、可视化、智能化提供了新的管理思维，本文以高速公路建设项目可视化管理为背景，针对高速公路建设项目管理特点，围绕 BIM 与 GIS 技术在公路行业的应用现状与关键技术，通过构建高速公路建设项目可视化管理系统，实现项目建设期的 BIM 模型数据、项目建设数据、GIS 信息资源数据和项目周边实际环境数据进行融合，综合提升信息资源在项目规划、建设管理及运维中的应用价值，为 BIM 与 GIS 技术在高速公路建设项目管理中融合应用提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: In recent years, it has been a general trend to drive the transformation of traditional highway engineering project management through digital transformation. With the rapid development of BIM, GIS and other new generation information technologies, new management thinking has been provided for the digitization, visualization and intellectualization of highway construction project management. Based on the visual management of highway construction projects as the background, this paper focuses on the application status and key technologies of BIM and GIS technology in highway industry, aiming at the characteristics of highway construction project management. Through the construction of a highway construction project visual management system, BIM model data, project construction data, GIS information resource data and actual environmental data around the project during the project construction period can be integrated, and the application value of information resources in project planning, construction management and operation and maintenance can be comprehensively improved. This paper provides a reference for the integrated application of BIM and GIS technology in highway construction project management.
