Research on Cost Control Methods in the Construction Process of Power Installation Projects

摘要:由于现有的控制方法平均综合得分较低,总造价超出预期,为此研究电力安装项目施工过程造价控制方法。建立数学模型通过神经网络的学习,找到一个优化的映射过程逼近真实的造价估算关系。确定所需资源清单和价格清单。通过不同价格清单结果进行汇总计算工程总造价。建立预测模型,对估算整体结果进行相关性分析,采用最小拟合方法对电力安装项目施工造价控制进行了自适应控制。实验结果表明,在工程造价控制的各个方面平均综合得分均在 4 分以上;该工程的总造价为 483500 万元,在预期范围内。能够有效控制设计概算造价,在预算阶段对各个具体指标的划分更为精细。
Abstract: Due to the low average comprehensive score of existing control methods, the total cost exceeds the expectations. Therefore,the cost control methods in the construction process of power installation projects are studied. An optimized mapping process is found to approximate the real cost estimation relationship by establishing a mathematical model and learning through the neural network. The required resource list and price list are determined. And the total project cost is summarized and calculated based on the results of different price lists. We established a predictive model, conducted the correlation analysis on the estimated overall results, and the self-adaptive
control was taken for the construction cost control of power installation projects by using the minimum fitting method. The results show that the average comprehensive score in various aspects of engineering cost control is above 4 points. The total cost of the project is 483.5 million yuan, which is within the expected range. It忆s able to effectively control the design budget cost, the division of specific indicators in the budget stage is more refined.
