摘要：随着科技的快速发展和管理理念的更新，各行业的管理模式正在发生深刻变革。建筑业，作为经济的重要支柱，亟需对其管理模式进行创新。在激烈的市场竞争中，施工企业若沿袭传统管理方式，将难以提升效率和实现经济效益。因此，施工企业需思考在有限资源下，如何通过管理创新来优化资源配置并最大化其价值。在此背景下，建筑工程的精细化管理显得尤为重要，它不仅能完善管理体系、革新传统模式，还能减少资源浪费、提高施工可控性，进而提升企业经济与社会效益，增强企业竞争力，推动企业稳健发展。
Abstract: With the rapid development of technology and the updating of management concepts, the management models of various industries are undergoing profound changes. The construction industry, as an important pillar of the economy, urgently needs to innovate its management mode. In the fierce market competition, if construction enterprises follow traditional management methods, it will be difficult to improve efficiency and achieve economic benefits. Therefore, construction companies need to consider how to optimize resource allocation and maximize its value through management innovation under limited resources. In this context, the refined management of construction projects is particularly important. It can not only improve the management system and innovate traditional models, but also reduce resource waste, improve construction controllability, thereby enhancing the economic and social benefits of enterprises, strengthening their competitiveness, and promoting their stable development.
