Design and Discussion of a New Type of Elevator Car Over Capacity Detection System

摘要:为提升电梯的使用安全性,如今很多高层建筑的电梯轿厢都安装了超容积检测装置,但主要是利用红外线感应、超声感应等各类价格高昂的装置来实现超容积检测,不仅成本高,性能影响因素也比较多,导致性能不太稳定。基于此,本文提出一种在传统摄像头视频监控技术的基础上,融入图像处理、智能分析等计算机信息技术的新型新型电梯轿厢超容积检测系统,可以在较低的成本下,实现高效率的电梯轿厢超容积检测功能,以下就对这一系统的设计展开探讨,希望能为相关领域人员提供一定参考。
Abstract: In order to improve the safety of the use of elevators, many high-rise buildings are now equipped with an over-volume detection device. However, these devices mainly use expensive equipment such as infrared induction and ultrasonic induction to achieve high-capacity detection. Not only is the cost high, but there are also many factors that affect performance, leading to unstable performance. Based on this, this article proposes a new type of elevator car over capacity detection system that integrates computer information technologies such as image processing and intelligent analysis on the basis of traditional camera video surveillance technology. It can achieve efficient elevator car over capacity detection function at a lower cost. The following is a discussion on the design of this system, hoping to provide some reference for personnel in related fields.
