Application of BIM Technology in Large-scale Medical Engineering

摘要:大型医疗工程重难点主要有:建筑体量大、机电专业复杂、施工工期紧、质量要求高,如何在大型医疗建筑设计和施工中有效地利用 BIM 技术,值得研究。本文主要通过案例分析法对 BIM 技术在某大型医疗工程设计和施工中的应用展开研究。项目通过相关 BIM 软件进行 BIM 应用,在深化设计方面进行了建立 BIM 模型、钢结构深化、碰撞检测、屋面深化等应用;在施工管理方面进行了三维场布、进度模拟、预留预埋、工程量统计等应用。BIM 技术在某大型医疗工程中的成功应用,实现了项目各专业深化设计、提高施工管理效率、节省时间和节约成本的目标。
Abstract: The key and difficult points of large-scale medical engineering mainly include: large building volume, complex mechanical and electrical specialties, tight construction period, and high quality requirements. It is worth studying how to effectively utilize BIM technology in the design and construction of large-scale medical buildings. This article mainly conducts research on the application of BIM technology in the design and construction of a large-scale medical engineering project through case analysis. The project utilizes relevant BIM software for BIM application, including the establishment of BIM models, steel structure deepening, collision detection, roof deepening, and other applications in deepening design. In terms of construction management, applications such as three-dimensional field layout, progress simulation, reservation and embedding, and engineering quantity statistics have been carried out. The successful application of BIM technology in a large-scale medical engineering project has achieved the goals of deepening the design of various specialties, improving construction management efficiency, saving time and costs.
