Research on On-site Loose Assembly Process of Steel-concrete Composite Section of High and Low Tower Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要:钢混结合段是混凝土主梁过渡到钢箱梁的重要部位,其重量大,整体尺寸大,整体运输和吊装往往会受到周边环境的限制。本文以汉巴南铁路嘉陵江特大桥钢混结合段安装为研究对象,采用在桥位搭设钢管支架,在支架上制作胎架,将钢混结合段板单元运输到桥位,采用塔吊进行吊装,现场散拼施工工艺。该工艺完成的钢混结合段,各项指标满足规范和设计要求,具有较好的推广价值。
Abstract: The steel-concrete composite section is an important part of the transition from the concrete main beam to the steel box beam. It has a large weight and overall size, and its transportation and hoisting are often limited by the surrounding environment. This article takes the installation of the steel-concrete composite section of the Jialing River Extra Large Bridge on the Hanba-Nan Railway as the research object. The methods of installing steel pipe supports at the bridge site and making tire shelves on the supports is used to transport the steel-concrete composite section plate units to the bridge site. The tower crane is used for hoisting, and the on-site loose assembly construction process is employed. The steel-concrete composite section completed by this process meets the specifications and design requirements in all indicators, and has good promotion value.
