Urban Renewal Challenges and Practices in Drainage for Subsurface Tunnel Engineering

摘要:本文聚焦于南昌市广州路下穿京九铁路隧道工程所遇到的城市排水问题,提出对应的解决方案。随着城市发展,对城市基础设施更新改造的需求日益增加,特别是针对城市道路快速化改造,下穿隧道是市中心高架路建设受限时的替代方案。当下穿隧道的排水出路因城市排水管网受纳能力限制无法解决时,调蓄系统便成为可考虑的方案之一。本工程首先对调蓄容积进行了讨论和确定,并通过 Infoworks ICM 模型软件对隧道排水风险进行了评估,结果表明排水系统满足需求。同时,也对调蓄池的总体布置、建筑布局和工艺设计进行了深入探讨,针对调蓄池的水泵、冲洗和除臭问题,提出了多种技术方案并进行了优劣点的比较,提出了细节处理的建议。这些设计不仅节约了工程成本,还优化了调蓄池的使用效率和环境影响,提供了一个在城市更新过程中综合性的城市隧道排水问题解决方案,对于同类城市基础设施项目具有参考价值。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the urban drainage issues and corresponding solutions encountered in the Guangzhou Road subsurface tunnel project crossing the Beijing -Kowloon Railway in Nanchang City. With urban development, the demand for the renewal and reconstruction of urban infrastructure is increasing, especially for the rapid transformation of urban roads. When the construction of elevated roads in the city center is restricted, subsurface tunnels become an alternative solution. When the drainage outlet of the subsurface tunnel cannot be resolved due to the limited capacity of the urban drainage network, the detention system becomes one of the options to consider.This project first discusses and determines the detention volume, and then uses the Infoworks ICM model software to assess the drainage risk of the tunnel, with results indicating that the drainage system meets the requirements. At the same time, the overall layout, architectural layout, and process design of the detention pool have also been deeply discussed. For the issues of pumps, flushing, and odor control in the detention pool, various technical schemes have been proposed and compared for their advantages and disadvantages, and suggestions for detailed treatment have been put forward. These designs not only save engineering costs but also optimize the efficiency and environmental impact of the detention pool, providing a comprehensive solution to urban tunnel drainage problems in the process of urban renewal, which has reference value for similar urban infrastructure projects.
