Application of TOC Theory and Witness Simulation in the Integration Value of the Automotive Industry Chain

摘要：以某汽车产业链整合企业作为研究对象，以约束理论（TOC）为基础，运用约束理论五步骤法对汽车产业链整合企业进行Witness 仿真优化，明显提高了此汽车产业链整合企业的利润收入，达到增加企业价值的目标。
Abstract: Taking an automotive supply chain integration enterprise as the research object, based on Theory of Constraints (TOC), Witness simulation optimization was carried out using the five-step method of TOC for the enterprise, which significantly improved its profitincome and achieved the goal of increasing the value of the enterprise.
