Selection of Landmark Building Conservation Options Based on the AHP-TOPSIS Method

摘要:目的:为解决确定地标建筑保护方案时的主观性和片面性的问题,以便根据实际情况和需求优选最佳保护方案。方法:基于层次分析法和逼近理想解排序法,建立地标建筑保护方案优选模型,对就地保护方案和迁地保护方案进行评价,计算方案评分,从而确定优选方案。结果:以某地地标建筑为例,验证了 AHP-TOPSIS 法在地标建筑保护方案优选中的合理性与可行性。结论:基于 AHPTOPSIS 法,能够对地标建筑保护方案进行定量评价,为地标建筑保护的方案选择提供科学合理的依据。
Abstract: PURPOSE: To address the problem of subjectivity and one-sidedness in determining conservation options for landmarks, with the aim of preferring the best conservation option based on the actual situation and needs. METHODS: Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), a landmark building protection scheme preference model is established to evaluate in situ and relocated protection schemes and calculate the scheme scores, so as to determine the preferred scheme. RESULTS: Using a landmark building as an example, a landmark building as an example, the rationality and feasibility of the AHP-TOPSIS method in landmark building protection scheme preference are verified. CONCLUSIONS: Based on the AHP-TOPSIS method, it can quantitatively evaluate the landmark building preservation schemes and provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the selection of landmark building preservation schemes.
