Application of Non-contact Monitoring Technology Based on Drones in the High-speed Railway Station Buildings

摘要:在钢结构的施工过程中,尺寸误差往往引起质量问题,因此施工质量检测对其至关重要。在巴中东站项目中,基于无人机的非接触式监测技术被引入,用于高铁站钢桁架结构的质量控制。本研究详细介绍了三维激光扫描技术的原理和应用流程,通过对钢结构进行三维激光扫描并建立点云模型。通过处理点云模型,找出了钢结构安装过程中的距离偏差,并进行深入分析,以检验钢结构施工的质量。三维激光扫描技术的应用大幅缩短了钢结构质量检测周期,提高了其信息化水平。
Abstract: In the process of steel structures construction, dimensional errors often cause quality problems, so construction quality inspection is crucial. In the Bazhong East Station project, non-contact monitoring technology based on drones has been introduced for quality control of steel truss structures in high-speed railway stations. This study provides a detailed introduction to the principle and application process of 3D laser scanning technology. Through 3D laser scanning of steel structure, the point cloud model is established. By processing the point cloud model, the distance deviation in the process of steel structure installation is found out, and the in-depth analysis is carried out to check the quality of steel structure construction. The application of 3D laser scanning technology has greatly shortened the quality inspection cycle of steel structure and improved its informatization level.
