Design and Measurement Analysis of a Plane Deformation Monitoring and Control Network for a Large Navigation-power Junction Project

摘要:大型航电枢纽工程大坝的安全情况十分重要,是保证工程能否正常、安全、稳定运行的关键,因此一定要加强安全监测工作。变形监测是安全监测中的重要项目之一[1],变形监测控制网作为外部变形监测的基准,对观测成果的正确与否影响重大。该文根据工程实际情况,通过勘察、计算设计了合适的平面变形监测控制网,提出了观测方法、观测精度和数据处理要求,首次观测成果完全满足设计和规范要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Abstract: The safety of large navigation-power junction project dams is of great importance, as it is the key to ensuring the normal, safe, and stable operation of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the safety monitoring work. Deformation monitoring is one of the important projects in safety monitoring, and the deformation monitoring control network, as the benchmark for external deformation monitoring, has a significant impact on the correctness of the observation results. Based on the actual situation of the project, this article has designed a suitable plane deformation monitoring and control network through investigation and calculation, and proposed observation methods, observation accuracy, and data processing requirements. The first observation results fully meet the requirements of design and specification, which can provide reference for the similar projects.
