摘要:地下埋管是引调水工程中一种常见的施工方案。瑞垟引水一期工程管线经过大赛溪支流段时,采用地下埋管方案,埋管段管线高程起伏大、水力学条件复杂,充水过程中因水流冲击气团可能诱发滞气爆管。基于水动力学理论,建立了含空气阀的埋管段充水过程二维 CFD 水力数值分析模型,计算分析了典型工况下输水管道充水过程中的关键点位的压力瞬时动态变化和管段流态变化,验证了现有充水方案的安全性。
Abstract: The underground buried pipes are a common construction method in water diversion projects. When the pipeline of the Ruiyang Water Diversion Phase I Project passes through the tributary section of the Dasaixi, an underground buried pipe scheme is adopted. The elevation of the buried pipe section fluctuates greatly and the hydraulic conditions are complex. During the water filling process, the impact of water flow on air masses may induce gas stagnation and pipe bursting. Based on the theory of hydrodynamics, a two-dimensional CFD hydraulic numerical analysis model for the water filling process of buried pipe sections with air valves was established. The instantaneous dynamic pressure changes at key points and the flow state changes of the pipe section during the water filling process of the water transmission pipeline under typical working conditions were calculated and analyzed, and the safety of the existing water filling scheme was verified.
