Research on the Risk Transmission Relationship of Prefabricated Building Supply Chain Based on DEMATEL-AISM

摘要:为了降低装配式建筑供应链风险。本文基于全生命周期从计划、设计、采购、施工装配、生产运输四个主要维度构建装配式建筑供应链风险评价指标体系,运用 DEMATEL 方法以量化风险因素之间的影响程度,再运用 AISM 模型分析影响因素的层次结构,最后确定影响装配式建筑供应链风险的根本致因并提出相关对策建议。研究结果以期对装配式建筑供应链各参与主体的管理决策提供参考依据,保障项目实施的顺利进行。
Abstract: In order to reduce the risk of the prefabricated building supply chain, this article constructs a risk evaluation index system for the prefabricated building supply chain based on the four main dimensions of planning, design, procurement, construction assembly, and production transportation throughout the entire life cycle. The DEMATEL method is used to quantify the degree of influence between the risk factors, and the AISM model is used to analyze the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors. Finally, the fundamental causes that affect the risk of the prefabricated building supply chain are determined, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. The research results aim to provide reference for the management decisions of the various participants in the prefabricated building supply chain, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
