Research on the Impact of Digital Supply Chain Empowering the Integrated Development of Large, Medium, and Small Enterprises

摘要：数字供应链作为一种智能化的精准思维，大中小企业融通发展过程中可以从数字供应链思维中寻找到新的有效的应对方法。本文首先对供应链数字化转型及大中小企业融通发展的相关研究进行了综述，然后分析了数字供应链对大中小企业融通发展的影响因素和主要的影响路径，数字供应链对大中小企业融通发展的影响因素包括技术支持和数字化能力、合作伙伴关系和信任建立、数据共享和信息透明度、以及组织变革和管理创新等方面，通过改善企业的融资渠道和资金流动、提高供应链的可追溯性和风险管理能力、知识共享和技术创新等路径发挥积极的影响，最后提出了从信息融通促进供应链融通，再实现产业链融通的思路，旨在为探索大中小企业融通发展路径提供有益的启示。
Abstract: Digital supply chain, as an intelligent and accurate thinking, can find new and effective solutions from the digital supply chain thinking in the process of integrated development of large, small and medium enterprises. Firstly, this article reviews the relevant research on the digital transformation of supply chains and the integrated development of large, medium, and small enterprises. And then it analyzes the influencing factors and main paths of digital supply chains on the integrated development of large, medium, and small enterprises. The influencing factors of digital supply chain on the integrated development of large, medium and small enterprises include the technological support and digital capabilities, the partnership and trust building, the data sharing and information transparency, as well as the organizational change and management innovation. By improving the financing channels and capital flow of enterprises, the traceability and risk management capabilities of the supply chain are enhanced, and the positive impact of the knowledge sharing and technological innovation can be promoted. Finally, the idea of promoting the supply chain integration through information integration and realizing the industrial chain integration is proposed, aiming to provide useful inspiration for exploring the development path of the integration of large, medium, and small enterprises.
