Research on Cost Control of EPC Projects under Different Pricing Models

摘要：我国 EPC 项目常用的合同计价模式包括固定总价模式、固定单价模式以及总价控制的定额下浮模式，对于不同的计价模式，其造价控制重点以及策略不尽相同。本文从发包人的角度出发，探讨了不同计价模式下 EPC 项目造价控制的难点，并提出了针对性的建议，以为不同计价模式下 EPC 项目的造价控制提供指导。
Abstract: The most commonly used pricing models for EPC projects in China includes fixed lump-sum model, the fixed unit price model, and the total price control with downward floating model. The control strategies need to be specialized for each pricing model. This research discussed challenges of cost control under each pricing model from the perspective of the employer, and proposed corresponding response strategies, aiming to provide guidance for the cost management practice of EPC projects.
