摘要:在城市快速发展的背景下,那些紧邻地撑表建筑物区域的基坑建设面临了众多挑战,特别是在确保施工过程的稳固性这一方面,本项探索以广东省梅州市一个县区一家专注于中医治疗的医院整座建筑群基础开挖的支撑项目作为案例,深入分析了在繁忙都市区环境之中,怎样保持地基开挖过程稳固性的高科技解决方案,依靠精密的技术监控管理与综合性支援方案布局(包括锚固桩和悬臂桩等加固技术),融合精良的操作步骤与严格的安全管理,基坑工程的安全防护措施实现显著的强化和提高。
Abstract: In the background of the rapid urban development, the construction of foundation pits adjacent to ground support buildings faces numerous challenges, especially in the aspect of ensuring the stability of the construction process. This exploration takes the foundation excavation support project of the entire building complex of the hospital specializing in traditional Chinese medicine treatment in a county of Meizhou City, Guangdong Province as an example, and deeply analyzes how to maintain the stability high-tech solutions of the foundation excavation process in a busy urban environment. By relying on precise technical monitoring management and comprehensive support plan layout (including the reinforcement technologies such as anchor piles and cantilever piles), integrating sophisticated operating procedures and strict safety management, the safety protection measures of foundation pit engineering have been significantly strengthened and improved.
