Research on Virtual Application of BIM Technology in Construction Management

摘要:随着数字化技术的发展应用,对于项目施工提出了更高的要求,施工管理也由粗放式施工向精细化施工转变。BIM 技术就是在施工管理中利用 BIM 相关软件进行建模和模拟施工,不仅能提高工程技术的稳定性和可靠性,也能节约工期,降低工程成本。本文通过实际案例利用 BIM 技术建立模型。并把该模型导入相关软件绘制总平面布置,碰撞检测、关键节点进行模拟施工,在 BIM5D平台进行质量和安全管理,解决施工管理中的痛点和难点,提高施工效率,取得效益最大化。
Abstract: With the development and application of digital technology, the development of construction industry has changed from extensive construction to fine construction. BIM technology is the use of BIM-related software for modeling and simulation of construction, not only to improve the stability and reliability of engineering technology, but also to save time and reduce project costs. In this paper, through a practical case, we use BIM technology to establish three-dimensional general layout, use software for collision detection, key nodes to simulate construction, find problems in time, improve construction efficiency and get maximum benefits.
