摘要:随着工业生产对精密测量要求的提高,传统的塞尺检定方法依赖于手动操作和记录,存在效率低下和易出错的问题。提出了一种基于 VB 编程语言和计算机通信技术的 JD25-D 型数显万能测长仪的改造方案,实现了塞尺检定过程中的数据自动采集、处理和记录生成。并利用 Excel 模板自动生成检定证书。本方案显著提高了塞尺检定的工作效率,减少了人为操作错误,确保了数据的准确性。
Abstract: With the increasing demand for precision measurement in industrial production, traditional plug gauge calibration methods rely on manual operation and recording, which have problems of low efficiency and easy errors. A modification scheme for JD25-D digital universal length measuring instrument based on VB programming language and computer communication technology has been proposed, which realizes automatic data acquisition, processing, and recording generation during the plug gauge calibration process. And Excel templates are used to automatically generate calibration certificates. This scheme significantly improves the efficiency of plug gauge calibration, reduces human operation errors, and ensures the accuracy of data.
