Application of Sliding Construction Technology for Internal and External Formwork of Cast-in-place Box Girder with Support

摘要:本文结合新建杭州至温州铁路义乌至温州段站前及相关工程桥梁施工的实际情况,以支架现浇简支箱梁为研究对象,围绕内外滑模施工技术进行研究,与传统施工工艺进行对比分析,最终以施工效益进行总结,并为同类施工作业进行指导。实践证明,模板滑移施工不受地区环境影响,安全可靠性高,施工工效高,施工成本较低,整体提升了工程施工安全、质量和进度。
Abstract: Combined with the actual situation of bridge construction in the Yiwu Wenzhou section of the newly -built Hangzhou Wenzhou railway and related projects, taking the cast-in-place simply supported box girder as the research object, this paper focuses on the study of internal and external sliding formwork construction technology, compares and analyzes it with traditional construction techniques, and finally summarizes the construction benefits and provides guidance for similar construction operations. Practice has proven that template sliding construction is not affected by regional environmental factors, has high safety and reliability, high construction efficiency, low construction costs, and overall improves construction safety, quality, and progress.
