An Automatic Attaching Device for Ribbon of Cigarette Box

摘要：目的：针对不破坏精美外包装的前提下，如何便捷拿取高档烟盒中烟包的问题，研制了一种包装盒丝带自动粘贴装置，包括机架。方法：该类丝带自动粘贴装置需要经历点胶、热风以及粘贴按压等流程，各个工序流程接替进行。结果：最终将达到烟盒中的丝带通过自动化的方式粘贴在高档烟盒的内外壁上，达到消费者拉动丝带就会更加便捷拿取烟盒里面烟包的效果。结论：该类装置借助于自动化操作的特点，相较于传统的丝带粘贴装置具有高效率，节约成本以及提高工作空间利用率的优势。
Abstract: Objective: Aiming at the problem of how to easily take the cigarette pack in the high-grade cigarette box without destroying the exquisite packaging, a kind of automatic tape device for the packaging box, including a frame, was developed. Method: This kind of ribbon automatic paste device needs to go through the process of dispensing, hot air and paste pressing, and each process is carried out. Result: The ribbon in the cigarette box will eventually be pasted on the inner and outer walls of the high-end cigarette box by an automated way, so that consumers can pull the ribbon and take the cigarette pack inside the cigarette box more conveniently. Conclusion: This kind of device has the advantages of high efficiency, saving cost and improving the utilization rate of working space compared with the traditional ribbon paste device by virtue of the characteristics of automatic operation.
