Research on Intelligent Grasping System of Bed Core Based on Machine Vision

摘要:为提升床垫组装生产线的智能化程度,开发一套基于机器视觉的床芯智能抓取系统。利用门型架和机械手组合替代传统的六轴工业机器人,有效降低企业成本,同时,搭载视觉模块,通过图像采集与分析处理技术,可实现目标物的自动识别和准确抓取放置。结论:利用床芯智能抓取系统,可有效实现“进床芯”环节的智能化生产,减少用工提高生产效率,对提升床垫组装生产线的智能化程度具有重要意义。
Abstract: In order to improve the intelligence of the mattress assembly production line, an intelligent grasping system based on machine vision is developed. The combination of door frame and mechanical gripper is used to replace the traditional six-axis industrial robot, which can effectively reduce the cost of the system. At the same time, the visual module is equipped, and the automatic identification and accurate grasping and placement of the target can be realized through image acquisition and analysis processing technology.Conclusion: Utilizing the intelligent grasping system of bed core can effectively realize the intelligent production of "entering bed core", reduce labor and improve production efficiency, which is of great significance to improve the intelligent degree of mattress assembly line.
