Impact of Close Range Underpass Construction with Shield Tunneling Method on Existing Shield Tunnels

摘要:盾构法近距离下穿施工技术是当下新兴的隧道施工技术。在城市化进程快速发展的背景下,可将其用于地铁隧道的施工建设中,然而由于此项技术起步较晚,在新建隧道采取盾构法近距离下穿既有盾构隧道时会对既有盾构隧道产生一定影响,导致其发生不均匀变形等问题,降低其整体质量。对此,文章就盾构法近距离下穿施工对既有盾构隧道的影响进行了分析,并提出了有效控制盾构施工法的相关措施,以供参考。
Abstract: The shield tunneling method for close range underpass construction is an emerging tunnel construction technology at present. In the context of rapid urbanization, it can be used for the construction of subway tunnels. However, due to the late start of this technology, when using shield tunneling to pass through existing shield tunnels at close range in new tunnels, it will have a certain impact on the existing shield tunnels, leading to uneven deformation and reducing their overall quality. In this regard, the article analyzes the impact of shield tunneling construction at close range on existing shield tunnels and proposes effective measures to control the shield tunneling construction method for reference.
