摘要:CRTS-I 型双块式无砟轨道是一种采用混凝土、沥青混合料等整体基础取代散粒碎石道床的轨道结构,也称为无砟轨道。这种轨道结构避免了道砟飞溅,具备出色的平顺性、稳定性、长使用寿命、卓越的耐久性以及较少的维修需求等优点。列车运行时速可达350km 以上。在此本篇文章深入剖析了隧道 CRTS-I 型双块式无砟轨道的结构构成、详尽的施工工艺流程,以及成本分析。希望通过这些细致的探讨,为同类工程的施工与成本管理提供参考资料和经验借鉴,推动 CRTS-I 型双块式无砟轨道持续发展与优化。
Abstract: CRTS-I type double-block ballastless track is a kind of track structure that uses concrete, asphalt mixture and other integral foundations to replace the loose gravel track bed, also known as ballastless track or ballastless track. This track structure avoids ballast splashing and offers excellent ride ride, stability, long service life, excellent durability and low maintenance requirements. The train can run at a speed of more than 350km. In this article, we provide an in-depth analysis of the structural composition, detailed construction process, and cost analysis of the CRTS-I double-block ballastless track of the tunnel. It is hoped that through these detailed discussions, it will provide valuable reference materials and experience for the construction and cost management of similar projects, and promote the sustainable development and optimization of CRTS-I double-block ballastless tracks.
