Research on Risk Management of BIM Technology Application in Prefabricated Projects

摘要:针对装配式项目在应用 BIM 技术时可能存在的风险与不确定性,将层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合,建立基于模糊层次分析法的装配式项目应用 BIM 技术风险评价模型。首先,建立风险评价指标体系;其次,应用层次分析法确定风险评价指标权重、模糊综合评价建立风险评价模型;最后,经实证研究,应用该风险评价模型对装配式项目应用 BIM 技术进行风险因素分析及风险等级评定,为装配式项目应用 BIM 技术进行风险管理研究提供了方法借鉴。
Abstract: In response to the potential risks and uncertainties in the application of BIM technology in prefabricated projects, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is combined with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to establish a risk assessment model for the application of BIM technology in prefabricated projects based on Fuzzy AHP. Firstly, a risk assessment index system is established. Secondly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to determine the weights of risk assessment indicators, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to establish a risk assessment model. Finally, through empirical research, the risk assessment model was applied to analyze the risk factors and evaluate the risk level of BIM technology in prefabricated projects, providing a methodological reference for risk management research in the application of BIM technology in prefabricated projects.
