Study on the Reliability of the Drainage Effect of Plastic Drainage Board in the Treatment of Newly Filled Soil Foundation

摘要:真空预压地基处理原理最先由瑞典皇家地质学院杰尔曼教授提出,但在工程上直至 20 世纪 70 年代末一直没能实现规模应用。1984 年初,由交通部第一工程局、中交第一航务工程局联合天津大学组成科研攻关团队,在天津新港东方海陆地基处理项目开展真空预压实用性联合攻关,获得成功,解决了加固区真空压力保持、真空设备及关键施工工艺问题,使本法达到了实用阶段,并于1984 年末成功地应用于天津港北疆港区软基地基处理工程中,在天津地区成功推广。但是,随着天津滨海新区的开发开放,土地资源越来越成为限制天津滨海经济发展的因素,天津进行了大规模的围海造陆行动,新近吹填土的土体性质等边界条件已经与当初真空预压试验场区有所变化,塑料排水板的排水效果在预压过程中需要重新评估,为此,结合现有工程监测情况,分析塑料排水板在新近吹填土中的可靠性,并提出优化升级建议。
Abstract: The principle of vacuum preloading foundation treatment was first proposed by professor W.Kjellman of the Royal Geological Institute of Sweden, but it was not widely applied in engineering until the late 1970s. In early 1984, a research and development team was formed by the First Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, the First Navigation Engineering Bureau of China Communications Construction, and Tianjin University to carry out practical joint research on vacuum preloading in the Dongfang land and sea foundation treatment project of Tianjin New Port and achieved success. The team solved the problems of vacuum pressure maintenance, vacuum equipment, and key construction processes in the reinforcement area, bringing this method to the practical stage. At the end of 1984, it was successfully applied to the soft foundation treatment project in the Beijiang Port Area of Tianjin Port and it was successfully promoted in Tianjin area. However, with the development and opening of Tianjin Binhai New Area, land resources have become an increasingly limiting
factor for the economic development of Tianjin Binhai. Tianjin has carried out large-scale land reclamation actions, and the boundary conditions such as soil properties of the newly filled soil have changed from the original vacuum preloading test site. The drainage effect of plastic drainage boards needs to be re-evaluated during the preloading process. Therefore, based on the existing engineering monitoring situation, the reliability of plastic drainage boards in the recently filled soil is analyzed, and optimization and upgrading suggestions are proposed.
