Zoning and Optimization of Rural Settlements Based on Multi-scale Driving Factors

摘要：在城镇化高速发展背景下，乡村衰退是必然现象。乡村聚落分区是在乡村衰退趋势下促进乡村地区发展的有效手段，因此把握乡村发展演化规律，因地制宜地制定分区策略尤为重要。本研究以江苏省为例，采用一种基于多尺度驱动因子的渐进式分区方法将江苏省乡村聚落划分为城乡融合区、集聚提升区、弹性发展区和搬迁撤并区，并根据各类型区域乡村发展特点，因地制宜地提出乡村聚落重构的优化策略。
Abstract: Under the background of rapid urbanization, rural decline is an inevitable phenomenon. Rural settlement zoning is an effective way to promote the development of rural areas under the trend of rural decline. Therefore, it is particularly important to grasp the evolution laws of rural development and formulate zoning strategies according to local conditions. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, this study adopts a progressive zoning method based on multi-scale driving factors to divide rural settlements in Jiangsu Province into urban-rural integration areas, agglomeration-improvement areas, flexible development areas and relocation-withdrawal areas. Based on the characteristics of rural development in each type of region, optimization strategies for rural settlement reconstruction are proposed according to local conditions.
