Application and Research of Roadbed and Pavement Splicing Construction Technology in Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Projects

摘要:以某高速公路的改扩建工程为例,深入研究路基路面拼接施工技术在高速公路改扩建工程中的应用。分析路基、路面施工技术,其中路基拼接施工技术包括填方和挖方处理技术、新旧路基结合位置处理技术、铺设土工格栅技术和沉降监测技术;路面施工技术包括路面拼宽施工技术、旧路补强技术。在施工过程中,通过合理设置台阶宽度,优化拼接方式,显著提升了结构层的稳定性。实验结果表明,该技术通过精确控制拼接工艺,有效减少病害数量,确保拼接质量。
Abstract: Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of a certain highway as an example, this paper conducts in-depth research on the application of roadbed and pavement splicing construction technology in highway reconstruction and expansion projects. The construction technology of roadbed and pavement is analyzed. The construction technology of roadbed splicing includes fill and excavation treatment technology, new and old roadbed combination location treatment technology, geogrid laying technology and settlement monitoring technology. The pavement construction technology includes pavement width construction technology and old road reinforcement technology. During the process of construction, the stability of the structural layer was significantly improved by setting the step width reasonably and optimizing the splicing method. The experimental results show that this technology effectively reduces the number of defects and ensures the quality of splicing by controlling the splicing process precisely.
