Analysis of the Impact of Subway Shield Construction Underpass Existing Railway Bridges

摘要:依托某城市 5 号线和 8 号线的盾构隧道下穿既有铁路特大桥的工程项目,本研究结合盾构隧道施工对既有桥梁影响的理论,运用有限元模拟软件进行了详细分析。重点探讨了先后左右线盾构隧道施工对既有铁路特大桥的承台、立柱、桥面以及桩基的变形和受力变化。模拟结果显示,盾构施工过程中对既有铁路特大桥的变形和受力变化影响较小,均符合相关规范要求,盾构隧道施工不会对铁路的安全运营产生明显影响。
Abstract: Based on the engineering project of shield tunneling under the existing railway super large bridge of Line 5 and Line 8 in a certain city, this study combines the theory of the impact of shield tunneling construction on the existing bridge and uses finite element simulation software for detailed analysis. The focus was on exploring the deformation and stress changes of the bearing platform, columns, bridge deck, and pile foundation of the existing railway super large bridge caused by the construction of left and right shield tunnels. The simulation results show that the deformation and stress changes of the existing railway super large bridge are relatively small during the shield tunneling construction and meet the relevant regulatory requirements. Shield tunneling construction will not have a significant impact on the safe operation of the railway.
