Study on the Influence of Mechanical Properties of Polypropylene Fiber Coral Concrete

摘要:珊瑚混凝土在岛礁建设及海洋经济的发展中具有十分可观的利用价值和应用前景,为寻求一种能够增强珊瑚骨料混凝土强度的方法,文章通过静力学实验探究掺聚丙烯珊瑚混凝土的力学性能,选择设计聚丙烯纤维长度 6mm,9mm,12mm,聚丙烯体积掺量 0.05豫、0.1豫、0.15豫、0.2豫、0.25豫共 15 组实验。研究不同体积掺量与长度的聚丙烯纤维对珊瑚混凝土的静态抗压抗拉强度影响。通过对不同体积掺量与长度的聚丙烯纤维全珊瑚混凝土力学性能的对比研究得出最优配比。
Abstract: Coral concrete has significant utilization value and application prospects in island and reef construction and the development of marine economy. In order to find a method to enhance the strength of coral aggregate concrete, this paper explores the mechanical properties of polypropylene -doped coral concrete through static experiments, and selects and designs 15 groups of experiments with polypropylene fiber length of 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, and polypropylene volume content of 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, and 0.25%. The effects of polypropylene fibers with different volumes and lengths on the static compressive and tensile strength of coral concrete were studied.Through the comparative study of the mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber whole coral concrete with different volume content and length, the optimal ratio was obtained.
