Research on Key Technologies for Optimizing the Rotation Construction of a New Extra Large Bridge over an Existing Railway

摘要:《桥梁水平转体施工技术规程》DG/TJ 08-2220-2016 对转体施工技术做了相应规定,但由于各类工程施工现场环境、特点、难点的不一,尤其是上跨既有铁路工程,需根据实际工程情况,精心布局。本文以某新建特大桥上跨铁路工程为依托,根据规范及工程经验,对桥梁转体体系、球铰结构、止水装置、特殊情况下的转体施工技术、三向预应力张拉、转体参数等进行了优化,并通过有限元与现场监测进行了对比分析,结果表明:优化措施可行,各施工阶段墩底弯矩与实测结果在 5%范围内,满足规范要求。
Abstract: The "Technical Regulations for Horizontal Rotation Construction of Bridges" DG/TJ 08-2220-2016 has made corresponding provisions for rotation construction technology. However, due to the different construction site environments, characteristics, and difficulties of various types of projects, especially for the existing railway projects that span over, careful layout is required based on the actual engineering situation. This article is based on the construction of a new extra large bridge over a railway. Based on specifications and engineering experience, the bridge rotation system, ball joint structure, water stop device, rotation construction technology under special circumstances, three-dimensional prestressing tension, and rotation parameters were optimized. Comparative analysis was conducted through finite element analysis and on-site monitoring. The results showed that the optimization measures were feasible, and the bending moment at the bottom of the pier and the measured results in each construction stage were within 5%, meeting the requirements of the specifications.
