摘要:在当今叉车市场中,激光导航叉车式 AGV 因其独特优势而备受青睐。安全系统作为其核心组件,设计至关重要。本文从多传感器系统、检测区域、安全控制逻辑、安全连接以及实时监控与离线预案等多个维度,阐述了叉车式 AGV 安全系统的设计理念。同时,结合当前国际相关规范及市场实际应用情况,旨在为读者提供关于叉车式 AGV 安全系统设计的深入的了解。
Abstract: In today's forklift market, laser navigation forklift AGVs are highly favored due to their unique advantages. As its core component, the design of the security system is crucial. This article elaborates on the design concept of forklift AGV safety system from multiple dimensions, including multi-sensor system, detection area, safety control logic, safety connection, real-time monitoring and offline contingency plan. At the same time, based on current international regulations and practical market applications, the aim is to provide readers with a deep understanding of the design of forklift AGV safety systems.
