Intelligent Construction Technology for Large-section Tunnel Lining of High-speed Railway

摘要：针对高速铁路大断面隧道衬砌施工复杂，质量控制难度大等问题，依托新技术，在宜兴铁路隧道衬砌施工中，根据作业线配备了 42m 自行式液压仰拱栈桥，智能防水板自动铺设台车，智能信息化衬砌台车，衬砌质量检测台车，智能衬砌养护台车。实践结果显示该套智能化机械设备施工工艺完善，操作简单、高效，形成了隧道建造新模式；同时实现了“提质、增效、安全、减员”的目标，即“进度大幅度增加、超挖在原有基础上减少，作业人员减少、劳动强度降低、作业安全环境明显改善，衬砌质量缺陷明显减少”。对后续隧道衬砌施工质量控制及设备选型具有一定参考意义。
Abstract: In view of the complexity of tunnel lining construction and the difficulty of quality control for large cross-section tunnels of high-speed railroads, relying on new technologies, 42m self-propelled hydraulic arch trestle, intelligent waterproofing plate automatic laying cart, intelligent informationization lining cart, lining quality inspection cart and intelligent lining maintenance cart are equipped according to the operation line in the tunnel lining construction of the Yixing Railway. Practical results show that this set of intelligent machinery and equipment construction process is perfect, simple and efficient operation, forming a new mode of tunnel construction; at the same time, it realizes the goals of "improving quality, increasing efficiency, safety and staff reduction", i.e., "the progress is greatly increased, overdigging is reduced on the basis of the original, and the number of operating personnel is reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, the working safety environment is significantly improved, and the lining quality defects are significantly reduced. It has certain reference significance for the quality control of subsequent tunnel lining construction and equipment selection.
