Optimization of Urban Distribution Routes Considering Traffic Congestion and Regulation Based on Clustering Analysis

摘要:随着城市交通拥堵的加剧和车辆交通管制政策的出台,配送线路优化时需要充分考虑交通拥堵和管制的影响。在城市配送线路规划中,通过两阶段法可有效提升优化速度:先基于 k-means 聚类分析对配送区域进行划分,再建立考虑交通拥堵与管制政策的车辆路径优化模型运用遗传算法对子区域内线路进行优化。运用两阶段法,针对 A 公司配送网络实例数据,优化配送线路,最小化运营成本。以期为物流企业未来考虑交通拥堵与管制政策影响的城市配送线路优化提供参考。
Abstract: With the intensification of urban traffic congestion and the introduction of vehicle traffic control policies, the optimization of delivery routes needs to fully consider the impact of traffic congestion and control. In the urban distribution route planning, the two-stage method can effectively improve optimization speed. It is necessary to divide the distribution area based on k-means clustering analysis firstly, and then establish a vehicle route optimization model considering traffic congestion and control policies, and use genetic algorithm to optimize the routes within the sub area. According to the example data of distribution network of company A, the two-stage method is used to optimize the distribution route and minimize the operating cost. In order to provide reference for logistics enterprises to consider the optimization of urban distribution routes affected by traffic congestion and regulatory policies in the future.
