Research on Risk Management and Assessment of Construction Quality in Building Engineering

摘要：近年来，随着建筑业的发展，各类建筑工程的建造越发复杂多样，在施工阶段面临着各式各样的质量风险，容易引发工程质量问题。为了提高建筑工程的施工质量与增强风险管理，本文分析了建筑工程施工质量的关键影响因素和风险隐患；阐述了建筑工程施工质量评价模型，可定量化地评估各类风险隐患对工程整体质量的影响；随后，对于易对建筑工程造成施工质量问题的风险因素提出了风险管控措施，为建筑工程施工过程的质量管理提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, with the development of the construction industry, the construction of various building projects has become more and more complex and diverse, and faces different kinds of quality risks during the construction phase, which can easily lead to engineering quality problems. In order to improve the construction quality of projects and enhance the risk management, this paper analyzes the key influencing factors and risk hazards of the construction quality of building projects. An evaluation model of the construction quality of building projects is introduced. The evaluation model can quantitatively assess the impact of various risk hazards on the overall quality of the project. Subsequently, risk control measures are proposed for the risk factors that are easy to cause construction quality problems to the building project, which provide reference for the quality management of the construction process.
