Comparison and Selection of Advanced Reinforcement Schemes for Water-rich Semi-diagenetic Tunnel

摘要:半成岩具有土和岩石的特征。本文结合王家寨隧道具体地质情况,在隧道拱顶以上一定范围内有一定厚度半成岩砂岩夹黏土岩(呈土的性质),该层围岩具有孔隙率高、密度低、含水性极强、高动水压、围岩极度软化等特点,隧道开挖过程中极易产生渗透变形及掌子面失稳等现象。处治围岩的渗透变形,并能够安全开挖是该隧道核心问题。因此有效的超前加固方案显得尤为重要,但目前可借鉴的经验较少,本文通过超前加固方案比选,推荐超前加固采用化学注浆和管幕方案。
Abstract: Semi-diagenetics has the characteristics of soil and rock. Combined with the specific geological conditions of Wangjiazhai tunnel, there is a certain thickness of semi diagenetics and stone mixed with clay rock (soil like nature)with in a certain range above the tunnel crown. The surrounding rock of this layer has the characteristics of high porosity, low density, strong water content, high hydrodynamic pressure and extreme softening of surrounding rock. It is very easy to produce seepage deformation and tunnel face in stability during tunnel excavation. Treating the seepage deformation of surrounding rock and being able to excavate safely are the core problems of the tunnel. Therefore, the effective advanced reinforcement scheme is particularly important, but there is little experience to learn from. Through the comparison and selection of advanced reinforcement schemes, this paper recommends the chemical grouting and pipe curtain scheme for advanced reinforcement.
