Research on Safety Dynamic Risk Assessment of Hazardous Chemical Enterprises

摘要:为对危化品企业基本情况的全面掌握,开展了危险化学品企业安全生产风险评估分级研究,借鉴国外经验和国内有关科研成果,提出了固有风险和动态风险、管理水平相结合的危化品安全生产风险评估方法。对现有数据信息进行归集、分析、整理,提炼风险特征和数据标签,构建涵盖人、机、物、环、管等维度信息的安全风险指标体系。研究结合化工行业安全风险管控平台,在此基础上,对各标签项进行指标分解、量化取值,得到不同层次、不同维度的风险度量值。
Abstract: In order to comprehensively grasp the basic situation of hazardous chemical enterprises, a study on the classification of safety production risks assessment in hazardous chemical enterprises has been carried out. Drawing on foreign experience and domestic relevant scientific research achievements, a hazardous chemical safety production risk assessment method combining inherent risks, dynamic risks, and management level has been proposed. We collect, analyze, and organize the existing data information, extract risk characteristics and data labels, and construct a safety risk indicator system that covers dimensions such as people, machines, objects, environment, and management. The study combines the safety risk management platform of the chemical industry, and based on this, various label items are decomposed and quantified to obtain risk measurement values at different levels and dimensions.
