Exploring into the Implementation Path of the Old Residential Area Reconstruction with the Block as a Unit

摘要:在城市化的进程中,老旧小区的改造对于提升居民生活质量以及推动城市的可持续发展意义重大。本文深度剖析了老旧小区改造的传统模式及其局限性,如改造不全面、推进迟缓、碎片化等问题。在此基础上,提出了以街区为单元的更新改造模式,通过科学规划、多元融合以及长效治理,整合小区内外环境、公共资源与社区服务,以实现更出色的更新成效。并以北京市朝阳区某街区为例,详细阐述了这一模式的实施路径,从政策、规划和管理等维度探讨了其可行性和推广前景。研究表明,该模式不仅理论创新,而且在实践中具有良好的可复制性和适应性,对提升居民生活品质、促进城市整体发展作用显著。
Abstract: In the process of urbanization, the transformation of old residential areas is of great significance to improving the quality of life of residents and promoting the sustainable development of the city. This paper deeply analyzes the traditional mode and limitations of the old residential reconstruction, such as incomplete transformation, slow promotion, fragmentation and other problems. On this basis, the renewal and transformation mode with the block as the unit is proposed. Through scientific planning, multiple integration and long-term governance, the internal and external community environment, public resources and community services are integrated, so as to achieve better renewal results. Taking a block in Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example, the implementation path of this model is elaborated in detail, and its feasibility and promotion prospect are discussed from the dimensions of policy, planning and management. The research shows that this model is not only theoretical innovation, but also has good replication and adaptability in practice, and plays a significant role in improving the living quality of residents and promoting the overall development of the city.
