Study on Treatment Scheme of Water-rich Semi-diagenetic Tunnel

摘要:富水半成岩隧道,以富水弱胶结砂岩夹黏性土为主,且呈互层结构。隧道开挖过程中,易发生渗透破坏和承载力不足而破坏的情况,进而产生突泥涌水。由于隧道围岩的特殊性,如何制定经济合理的处治方案来减少甚至杜绝突泥涌水的发生,目前可借鉴的经验还比较少。本文通过探明隧道地质结构,利用深井降水降低地下水位,超前周边注浆形成相对隔水层,结合超前管棚提高加固圈的承载能力,并通过控制施工时间来减少突泥涌水发生机率和规模问题。
Abstract: The water-rich semi-diagenetic tunnel is mainly composed of water-rich weakly cemented sandstone with clay, and has an interlayer structure. In the process of tunnel excavation, it is prone to infiltration damage and destruction due to insufficient bearing capacity, resulting in mud surge. Due to the particularity of the surrounding rock of the tunnel, there is still relatively little experience to learn from how to formulate an economical and reasonable treatment plan to reduce or even prevent the occurrence of mud surge. By exploring the geological structure of the tunnel, this article uses deep well precipitation to lower the groundwater level, and forms a relatively impermeable layer through advanced grouting around it. Combined with advanced pipe sheds, it improves the bearing capacity of the reinforcement ring and reduces the probability and scale of mud surge by controlling the construction time.
