Application of New Surveying and Mapping Technologies in Land Change Survey in the New Era

摘要:土地变更调查是旨在采集特定区域内的土地与资源信息,以为城市和乡镇地区的建筑、生产等活动提供关键的信息支撑。鉴于我国城乡经济结构的迅猛发展和土地利用方式的巨大转变,原有的土地资料在时效性上可能已与实际土地利用状况存在显著差异,进而对城乡空间规划与发展构成一定的制约。为了优化土地利用的秩序与效率,当前阶段的土地变更调查正广泛采纳先进的测绘地理技术,此举对于提升工作效率、优化土地利用、合理配置自然资源以及推进城乡建设具有深远的意义。本文以广西武宣县的国土变更调查为例,详细探讨了无人机航测技术在高精度测绘、生成高质量工作底图方面的应用。此外,该技术还能迅速完成对外业调查成果的质量核查,实现数据的自动化入库与定制图表的输出,这不仅大幅提升了工作效率,也为政府部门的决策提供了坚实的数据支撑,展现了显著的社会效益。
Abstract: Land change survey aims to collect land and resource information within a specific area, providing key information support for construction, production, and other activities in urban and rural areas. Given the rapid development of China's urban and rural economic structure and the significant transformation of land use patterns, the existing land data may have significant differences in timeliness compared to the actual land use situation, which in turn poses certain constraints on urban and rural spatial planning and development. In order to optimize the order and efficiency of land use, advanced surveying and mapping geographic technologies are widely adopted in the current stage of land change surveys. This has profound significance for improving work efficiency, optimizing land use, rational allocation of natural resources, and promoting urban and rural construction. This article takes the land change survey in Wuxuan County, Guangxi as an example to explore in detail the application of unmanned aerial vehicle aerial surveying technology in high -precision surveying and generating high -quality working base maps. In addition, this technology can quickly complete the quality verification of external investigation results, achieve automated data warehousing and customized chart output, which not only greatly improves work efficiency but also provides solid data support for government decision-making, demonstrating significant social benefits.
