摘要:采用温拌沥青技术能够显著降低沥青混合料压实温度,改善沥青混合料的压实特性,解决热拌沥青混合料超薄罩面难以压实的问题。将温拌沥青混合料用于城市道路预防性养护工程,具有明显的经济、社会和环境效益。使用温拌技术后,改性沥青混合料有效摊铺碾压温度降低(15~45益),使得长距离运输、低温天气施工、工作面不连续改性沥青路面铺筑有很好的质量保证。
Abstract: The use of warm mix asphalt technology can significantly reduce the compaction temperature of asphalt mixture, improve the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture, and solve the problem of difficult compaction of ultra-thin overlay of hot mix asphalt mixture. The use of warm mix asphalt mixture in urban road preventive maintenance projects has significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. After using warm mixing technology, the effective paving and rolling temperature of modified asphalt mixture is reduced (15~45益), which ensures good quality assurance for long-distance transportation, low-temperature weather construction, and discontinuous paving of modified asphalt pavement on working surfaces.
