Key Technology for Low Clearance Cast-in-place Piles in Foundation Pits during Drilling with Reverse Circulation Grinding Disc Drilling Rig

摘要:灌注桩施工成孔常用的工艺方案有,旋挖机成孔、冲孔机成孔、人工挖孔等;但是,在基坑支护设计为内支撑、工程桩设计为灌注桩的项目施工中,考虑支撑结构影响,大型设备施工需要的净空不够,冲孔会产生震动,人工挖孔受安全问题制约,给灌注桩成孔工艺选择带来很大的难题。本文针对上述难题提出采用反循环磨盘钻机成孔的解决方案,为类似工程施工提供相应的措施方案。
Abstract: The commonly used process schemes for drilling holes in cast-in-place pile construction include rotary excavator drilling,punching machine drilling, manual drilling, etc. However, in the construction of projects where the foundation pit support is designed as internal support and the engineering pile is designed as cast-in-place pile, considering the influence of the support structure, the clearance required for large-scale equipment construction is insufficient, punching will generate vibration, and manual excavation is restricted by safety issues, which brings great difficulties to the selection of the drilling process for cast-in-place pile. This article proposes a solution to the above-mentioned problems by using a reverse circulation grinding disc drilling machine to form holes, providing corresponding measures and plans for similar engineering construction.
